Emberbase

Terms of service

Last updated: 24 August 2026

What this is

Emberbase is a read-only mobile client for browsing Firebase projects you already have access to. It shows you your own data through Google's APIs, using your own credentials.

Not affiliated with Google

Emberbase is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Firebase and Google are trademarks of Google LLC.

Your account and your data

You authenticate with your own Google account. Emberbase acts only with the access you grant it, and only ever reads. Where Google offers a read-only permission it asks for that one; for Firestore, Authentication, and Cloud Functions none exists, so the permission granted there is broader than what the app uses. You remain responsible for the account you sign in with and for whatever access that account has.

Emberbase does not own, control, or retain your project data. See the privacy policy.

Read-only, and what that means

This version cannot write to your Firebase projects. Features described as premium and shown as unavailable are not implemented; nothing behind them is being withheld from you.

No warranty

Emberbase is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It displays data returned by Google's APIs, and it can be wrong: an API can be slow, return stale data, or fail. Do not use Emberbase as the sole basis for a decision with consequences — check the Firebase console for anything that matters.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of Emberbase are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it, including any action taken or not taken on the basis of data it displayed.

Changes

These terms may change. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
